Exclusive Investor Program

1. Introduction

Greenwichindia LLP operates an exclusive, invitation-only investor program. All investors are personally vetted and contacted by our team prior to any investment commitment. This refund policy applies specifically to investors who have been invited to participate in our infrastructure and real estate development projects.

2. Refund Eligibility

As our investment opportunities are offered on an exclusive, case-by-case basis, refund eligibility is determined by the specific terms agreed upon at the time of investment. Generally, refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Pre-Deployment Withdrawal: If funds have not yet been deployed to a project, a full or partial refund may be available subject to administrative fees.
  • Project Cancellation: In the rare event that a project is cancelled by Greenwichindia LLP, investors will receive a refund as per the terms outlined in their investment agreement.
  • Exceptional Circumstances: Requests based on documented personal or financial hardship will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our investor relations team directly. Your request will be reviewed within 15 business days, and you will be notified of the decision along with any applicable terms or timelines for fund disbursement.

Approved refunds will be processed within 30-45 business days from the date of approval, depending on the nature of the investment and fund availability.

4. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds may not be available in the following situations:

  • Funds have already been deployed to active project development.
  • The investment agreement explicitly states non-refundable terms.
  • The lock-in period specified in the investment agreement has not yet concluded.
