1. Introduction

Greenwichindia LLP offers investment opportunities exclusively to pre-selected, vetted investors. All investment terms, including cancellation provisions, are discussed and agreed upon prior to any financial commitment. This policy outlines the general framework for cancellation requests.

2. Cancellation Request Process

To request cancellation of your investment commitment, please contact our investor relations team in writing. Your request should include:

  • Your full name and investor ID (if applicable)
  • Details of the investment you wish to cancel
  • Reason for the cancellation request
  • Any supporting documentation, if relevant

Our team will review your request and respond within 15 business days with a determination and any applicable next steps.

3. Cancellation Timeline & Fees

Cancellation terms vary based on the stage of investment and the specific agreement in place:

  • Before Fund Deployment: Cancellation may be processed with minimal or no fees, subject to administrative costs.
  • During Lock-in Period: Cancellation during an active lock-in period may incur fees or may not be permitted, as specified in your investment agreement.
  • After Fund Deployment: Cancellation requests after funds have been deployed are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to project-specific terms.

4. Non-Cancellable Conditions

Cancellation may not be available in the following circumstances:

  • The investment agreement explicitly prohibits cancellation after a certain date or milestone.
  • Funds have been irrevocably committed to land acquisition or development activities.
  • The project has reached a stage where investor exit would materially impact other stakeholders.

In such cases, we will work with you to explore alternative solutions, such as transfer of investment rights to another approved investor, subject to applicable terms.
